WELCOME!

1. Customers with a teambuy voucher can redeem the voucher

starting on Monday November 28th 2011 Pacific (Noon Eastern).

You will still receive your personalized products in time for Christmas if you order on or before December 11th 2011.

2. If you are purchasing ONE personalized book only: 

Complete the Book Order Form but DO NOT CLICK THE 'ADD TO CART' BUTTON OR GO TO THE CHECKOUT as you will then be charged tax and shipping which are included in your voucher already.

3. Copy the form and save it to a folder on your computer such as 'My Documents'.

4. Email the form as an attachment to us at mykidsmusicandbooks@shaw.ca along with your Teambuy voucher number. Without this number we cannot process your order.

5. If you are purchasing MORE than one book outside the Teambuy event then simply fill your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
